Our In-Person Bhangra Fitness class is an 8 week course that meets once a week and is open to ages 12 and up.
The class focuses on the fitness aspect of Bhangra. With the use of high energy moves and traditional Bhangra props such as sapps, daangs, and katos, you will get a high intensity full body workout
This class is less about teaching moves and fundamentals and more about demonstrating moves and using the class to repeat the choreography and get a great workout at the same time.
Fitness classes meet in the studio at the dates and times below (All times are Pacific):
Wednesday – May 3rd – 8PM to 9PM
Wednesday – May 10th – 8PM to 9PM
Wednesday – May 17th – 8PM to 9PM
Wednesday – May 24th – 8PM to 9PM
Wednesday – June 7th – 8PM to 9PM
Saturday – June 14th – 8PM to 9PM
Saturday – June 21st – 8PM to 9PM
Saturday – June 28th – 8PM to 9PM
* Please note the last week of May is off for Memorial Day
