Our In-Person Bhangra Fitness class is an 8 week course that meets once a week and is open to ages 12 and up.
The class focuses on the fitness aspect of Bhangra. With the use of high energy moves and traditional Bhangra props such as sapps, daangs, and katos, you will get a high intensity full body workout
This class is less about teaching moves and fundamentals and more about demonstrating moves and using the class to repeat the choreography and get a great workout at the same time.
Fitness classes meet in the studio at the dates and times below (All times are Pacific):

Wednesday – September 20th – 6PM to 7PM
Wednesday – September 27th – 6PM to 7PM
Wednesday – October 4th – 6PM to 7PM

Wednesday – October 25th – 6PM to 7PM
