Our In-Person Bhangra Fitness class is an 8 week course that meets once a week and is open to ages 12 and up.
The class focuses on the fitness aspect of Bhangra. With the use of high energy moves and traditional Bhangra props such as sapps, daangs, and katos, you will get a high intensity full body workout
This class is less about teaching moves and fundamentals and more about demonstrating moves and using the class to repeat the choreography and get a great workout at the same time.
Fitness classes meet in the studio at the dates and times below (All times are Pacific):
Saturday – August 26th – 4PM to 5PM
Saturday – September 9th – 4PM to 5PM
Saturday – September 16th – 4PM to 5PM
Saturday – September 23rd – 4PM to 5PM
Saturday – September 30th – 4PM to 5PM
Saturday – October 7th – 4PM to 5PM
Saturday – October 14th – 4PM to 5PM
Saturday – October 21st – 4PM to 5PM
* Please note the first weekend of September is off for Labor Day
