Our In-Person Bhangra Fitness class is an 8 week course that meets once a week and is open to ages 16 and up.
The class focuses on the fitness aspect of Bhangra. This class is less about teaching moves and fundamentals and more about demonstrating moves and using the class to repeat the choreography and get a great workout at the same time.
Beginner classes meet virtually at the dates and times below (All times are Pacific):
Saturday – June 5th – 12PM to 1PM
Saturday – June 12th – 12PM to 1PM
Saturday – June 19th – 12PM to 1PM
Saturday – June 26th – 12PM to 1PM
Saturday – July 10th – 12PM to 1PM
Saturday – July 17th – 12PM to 1PM
Saturday – July 24th – 12PM to 1PM
Saturday – July 31st – 12PM to 1PM
Please Note: There will be no class on Saturday July 3rd due to 4th of July weekend
** COVID-19 safety protocols will be in effect. Students will have temperature checks before entering the class. Masks will be required during all classes. Classes will be indoors with doors/windows open. Students will be spaced out at least 6 feet apart. Class size will be limited to 15 students. All Bhangra Empire instructors have been vaccinated as well.
