Our ‘BE FIT’ Fitness class is a 4 week course that meets twice a week.

Families with multiple students only need to pay for one student per level. We encourage family members to get involved and take the class!

The class focuses on the fitness aspect of Bhangra. This class is less about teaching moves and fundamentals and more about demonstrating moves and using the class to repeat the choreography and get a great workout at the same time.

BE FIT classes meet virtually at the dates and times below (All times are Pacific):

Tuesday – July 13th – 7:00PM to 7:45PM
Thursday – July 15th  – 7:00PM to 7:45PM
Tuesday – July 20th – 7:00PM to 7:45PM
Thursday – July 22nd – 7:00PM to 7:45PM
Tuesday – July 27th – 7:00PM to 7:45PM
Thursday – July 29th – 7:00PM to 7:45PM
Tuesday – August 3rd – 7:00PM to 7:45PM
Thursday – August 5th – 7:00PM to 7:45PM

We highly recommend attending classes at the times above so that the class can be interactive, however, classes will be recorded and students will be able to watch them afterwards as necessary.
